Yesterday, we traveled safely to see Matt, Sarah and Addy Bea in Castle Rock. (Jack always says or sings Fraggle Rock) We only made two stops; Topeka, for a quick visit with the folks while Jack got gas and Hays, for food and gas. The remnants of Hurricane Isaac did slow us a bit, but we drove out of the rain just before getting to Topeka. And the skies were clear before we got to Hays. Here are a few travel pics...

Their house is amazing! So, so beautiful! Sarah has done a great job getting settled in and making it home. Matt needs to put a bit of sweat equity in it before he it feels like home to him, but hopefully that will happen soon enough. They live a few blocks from the railroad tracks but I found the three trains that came through during the night very comforting.
Today, we enjoyed spending time together. We walked to the Farmer's Market. And during Addy, Jack and Matt's nap time, the rest of us did a bit of shopping and went to "The Barn", they have antiques and such. There were so many things to look at and crafts to plan. So fun!

After dinner we enjoyed the evening sitting on the front steps watching to dogs and kids play.
Jack had a Rocky Mountain size taco for dinner!
